Part of the Nippon Paint Group, founded over 140 years ago, NPAC was established in February 1971 and is a leading global paint manufacturer producing all automotive coatings, from electrocoat (e-coat) and primer to body basecoat and clearcoat for painting plastic bumpers and interior parts. With a diverse and highly dedicated workforce of 38,000 employees in the Group, 5,800 of whom are automotive specialists, we draw on our knowledge of the entire automotive painting process and our wealth of coating expertise. We have created a system that maximises the properties of each layer and paint film while creating synergies.

To support our team in the Czech Republic, we are looking for a full-time, permanent E-Coat Technician/Manager(m/f/d) to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Sample analysis - quality control of the E-Coat department, weekly analysis reports.
- Support E-Coat laboratory activities (Sample preparation, panel preparation).
- Supporting the activities of the E-Coat Technical team - mainly in the lab.
- Support QC team activities (Quality Control)
- Together with supervisor - support activities related to raw material price reduction
- Cooperation of E-Coat department with Japanese "Research & Development" team
- Together with supervisor - support on E-Coat customer line
Requirements:
- Education in chemical engineering or related field.
- Experience in E-coat management.
- Good knowledge of E-coat technologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- English language at a communicative level
