What I Do
I am a member of the CIP Team (Continuous Improvement Process) at NPAFR on the Plessis-Pâté site. I build and implement the continuous improvement strategy in this new factory (standards of production, production boards, flows, etc…). I also provide production support at NPAE in Köln.
A Day In My Life
I build and implement the continuous improvement strategy in the French new factory (standards of production, production boards, flows, etc…), the goal is to improve our performance to ensure our customers’ satisfaction.
My advice
For your birthday, ask for an experience rather than a material good. You will necessarily come out of it happier and with a head full of memories.
