To support our team in the Czech Republic, we are looking for a full-time, permanent E-Coat Technician/Manager(m/f/d) to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Sample analysis – quality control of the E-Coat department, weekly analysis reports.
- Support E-Coat laboratory activities (Sample preparation, panel preparation).
- Supporting the activities of the E-Coat Technical team – mainly in the lab.
- Support QC team activities (Quality Control)
- Together with supervisor – support activities related to raw material price reduction
- Cooperation of E-Coat department with Japanese “Research & Development” team
- Together with supervisor – support on E-Coat customer line
Requirements:
- Education in chemical engineering or related field.
- Experience in E-coat management.
- Good knowledge of E-coat technologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- English language at a communicative level
