What I Do

As a Senior Manager in the Technical department I am focused on all parts of the business. Working with some of the leading manufactures in the Automotive industry. It is my responsibility to develop new and exciting paint colours for our customers lines in collaboration with NPAC

The secret is to turn the complex into the simple, so solutions are fully actionable

We are learning about the latest technology in sustainable products and processes, its my role ensure we achieve these in tandem with cost savings!

A Day In My Life

Nippon Paint has such a broad depth and breadth of things that we do.

I face new challenges every day, and work with all departments to solve them.

Automotive paint is always evolving so there’s always something new and exciting to become involved in, such as paint that changes colour, sparkles depending on the light source and viewing angle.

My advice

We should always be curious, innovative and always look at new concepts even if it means challenging the status quo along the way.

Within the automotive industry it is always evolving so we must always be at the forefront of change and embrace it, and that’s what drives me!
