Introducing Bruno

Bruno Nonohay

CIP Manager

Cologne, Germany

My favourite quote:

“Knowledge is of no value unless you put it into practice” – Anton Chekhov

What I Do

I bring solutions. The team I am part of is dedicated to solve issues in different areas: improving the daily work in the shop, coordinating international and cross departmental projects, and also bringing the hard work from our research center into mass scale production. It is challenging as it is rewarding. I have to interact with all other groups to be able to find the best way to manage and implement those ideas, and that is what makes what I do at NPAE so interesting and refreshing

A Day In My Life

During the week, I like to start the day by having a nice coffee and reading news from around the world. Then, I walk to the company and organize my schedule. At my work no day is the same. I usually go out for lunch with some colleagues, it is always good to have some talk with cool people. The afternoon is for me the best time to concentrate so that is when I go through the hard tasks.

My advice

Motivation is what inspires you to do things, discipline is what makes you do things. Use your motivation to guide your life and aspirations. You have to be passionate about what you do, whatever you do. But do rely on discipline to achieve your goals. No matter how tasty is the food you want, you have to spend some time cooking.
